The pedestrian bridge is elevated 30 feet to span the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way from the third level of Las Vegas’s City Hall parking garage to the parking lot of the Smith Center, providing a direct route to Symphony Park from the office core of downtown, and reducing traffic and congestion at the performing arts center. GCW designed the 150-foot-long, two-span, prefabricated steel truss bridge. The award-winning bridge is supported from the existing parking garage with two elevators and stairs.
