This federally-funded project included the preliminary and final design of traffic signals and related improvements at the North 5th Street intersections with Ann Road, Lone Mountain Road, and Gowan Road. The preliminary design services included a Traffic Operational Study, Drainage Review, Pavement Assessment, NEPA documentation for a Categorical Exclusion (Cat-X), Right-of-Way Setting support, and a preliminary design report. Following Cat-X approval, GCW expeditiously worked to complete the necessary right-of-way setting memorandum and exhibits to facilitate a timely approval.
