For this 100-year regional storm drain facility, GCW designed flood control infrastructure and relocated sanitary sewer and water pipelines. The waterline relocations were designed to minimize shutdowns to existing homes. GCW provided survey, right-of-way, utility, structural, and civil design services. The design schedule was expedited by three months to coordinate the construction of adjacent projects. The project required extensive coordination with multiple utility companies, the Bureau of Land Management, and Clark County Public Works.
